Jim Hawke – Broker of Record,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the founding members of Team Hawke Realty.
Jim Hawke started his real estate career in 1989 as a sales representative. Quickly he continued his education, becoming a Broker in 1992.
Jim continually received some of the highest sale awards from Remax International from 1993 to 2016.
Having worked so hard to build their relationships with their clients, Jim and Michele have been very selective in the growth of their team. They strive to only bring in new team members that have the clients best interests at heart. The Team Hawke vision is “fulfilling our clients dreams of home ownership as well as their dreams of financial independence through investing in Real Estate.” They look at every client as a “client for life”.

Brad Hawke – Sales Representative
Brad was raised in the Real Estate business and was eager to learn about the process and real estate investing from a very young age. With a passion for the business, he began investing in real estate straight out of high school and was licensed to sell by age 20. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a number of large renovations and has broadened his understanding of the components to a home as well as design. He uses these skills to help navigate first time buyers on what to look for beyond the cosmetics of a home and seasoned buyers to see the potential of a property.
Brad finds it a great privilege to work directly with his clients through, what is for many of them, their largest investment and takes great responsibility in making sure the clients’ needs are matched. His business thrives from repeat customers and the referrals he receives year over year which is the greatest compliment he can receive.
Brad was born and raised in Midland and grew up playing hockey and lacrosse in town, which taught him the virtues of team work and the competitive edge he brings to selling Real Estate. He later grew a passion for music which he continues to this day, challenging himself to learn new instruments and different genres of music along the way. Brad is pleased to meet new people each day, helping them through the process he enjoys so much.

Jake Brideau – Sales Representative
Jake was born in the city of Orillia and raised in Penetanguishene and surrounding communities. He has spent time in other parts of Ontario throughout the years, but nothing compares to the beautiful Southern Georgian Bay area.
Jake has spent years in the customer service industry. With a background in technology, he spent time building a local computer repair department while beginning to connect with future clients in the community. He is a passionate and driven individual who has always dreamed of a career where helping people could be his main focus and he’s found that at Team Hawke. Jake looks to provide his clients with an exceptional experience, from an agent who is not afraid to go the extra mile.
In his spare time, he can be found spending time with family, working on computers, or watching sports online.

Vanessa Moreau – Office Manager / Marketing & Deals Coordinator
Vanessa is a hometown proud, mother of two, who is on her way to becoming a licensed real estate agent. The sales and marketing world has been a huge interest of hers for quite some time. After dabbling in that field for the last three years she is now ready to jump right in and make it a career. With her goals set high and a bubbly and social personality to follow, she’s extremely excited about working side by side with couples, families, business owners and the like, to help them open a new chapter in their lives. She pointed out that she is learning so much from her mentors here at Team Hawke, and that landing a position as their Listing Coordinator back in 2017 was a dream come true.
Vanessa calls Penetanguishene and the surrounding area home. She has lived here her whole life and is happy to be raising a family with her spouse in this charming community. Besides working full time and going to school, she keeps herself busy with reading, volunteering and leading a busy family life.
Jessica Hawke – Director of Operations
Born and raised in Midland, Jessica, along with her husband and son call this beautiful area home.
With a background in advertising sales and marketing, and a passion for interior design and home renovations, it was only a matter of time before Jessica found her way into the busy world of real estate.
As the Director of Operations, Jessica works behind the scenes at Team Hawke Realty, overseeing operational activities, working with the team to set strategic goals, as well as researching and implementing new directives for business growth and prosperity.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, music, and all things food.
Jenn was raised in Calgary, Alberta and moved to Newmarket, Ontario as a teen. After studying Interior and Graphic Design at Georgian College, she and her husband moved their family to Midland.
Jenn was a freelance graphic designer for a number of years while she was home raising her two young daughters. Her passion for art and design, as well as her skill set, allow her to create modern and clean layouts for our print and digital marketing materials.
Outside of Team Hawke, Jenn can be found at her daughters dance studio or enjoying nature on hikes and family camping trips.
