Being involved with a 5,500 sqft build on the southern shores of Georgian Bay I humbled quickly dealing with all the ins and outs of waterfront issues, plus the tremendous rewards. Add to that a 13 year career in marketing/advertising and I developed a very clear understanding of how to maximize the exposure of listings to get the very best price in the shortest amount of time possible.
